Welcome to Grip, Rip, and Chains — Portage, Michigan's dedicated disc golf pro shop, located at 5401 Portage Rd, Ste 12, Portage, MI 49002. We're not a big-box retailer or a faceless website. We're disc golfers, just like you, and we built this shop because our community deserved a real home base for the sport we love.
Our Story
Grip, Rip, and Chains was born out of a passion for disc golf and a belief that local players deserve more than just a shopping cart. We wanted a place where you could hold a disc before you buy it, talk flight numbers with someone who actually throws them, and get real advice tailored to your game — not an algorithm's recommendation.
From our storefront in Portage, we've built a community hub where beginners find their first driver and seasoned players dial in their bag for tournament season.
